Shipping is available to the cities under the following provinces only:
Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran & Baha. Any other province orders will be cancelled automatically
Delivery is free of charge on all orders above SAR 149.
Standard delivery charges: 20 SAR
A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels imposed by the courier.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase ,If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, follow the below mentioned steps.
Cancel your order under My account as long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team (You will see status – Processing if order has been processed).
If your order has already been processed, however it is not shipped contact our Customer Service Team at 8001180009 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped.
If order has been shipped such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on TheBodyShop.com.sa, you have the right to return the product(s) within 7 days from receipt of your order. (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).
For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items by logging into your profile on our website. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. The refund usually takes 10-14 working days after a thorough quality check and acceptance from the warehouse.
If your order was a click and collect order, then you may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash.
We require a valid proof of purchase.
Process for returning orders:
In order to proceed to return request from your account in the section “My account” and “My orders”, by clicking on “Order Details” and “Return/ Exchange”, you can select the items, return reasons and specify if you require product to be collected from your address or you will return product in one of our stores. Then click on “Return items”, you will receive an email confirming your return details. Following this, you will receive a phone call from our courier company Aramex to schedule collection of your parcel. The return label will be provided by the courier company, so you do not need to write the return address.
For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items from your profile being a registered user. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders.
Please be noted that some products might be non-returnable.
We will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products only if you use our selected courier service provider & follow steps mentioned above.
We invite you to reuse the packaging your order was shipped in to proceed with the return. All products must be returned to us unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
All items not complying with our return policy will be hold at our facilities. It is customer’s responsibility to organize a collection by a courier company if such product is requested to be returned to a customer.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Credit Card orders – upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within up to 10 days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received refund after 14 working days.
Any fees such as delivery will be deducted from the refund unless it is a manufacturing defect.
if you wish to exchange your online order, you may visit any of our TBS stores where we allow exchange for our online prepaid given, they are eligible for the exchange.
